Help Hawks Heal ❤️🐾
Hawks was found in a cat colony, but it was immediately clear that this sweet boy had been through an unimaginable amount of trauma. He was limping badly, with maggots in his tail, a severely macerated foot, and fractures to both sides of his pelvis.
Hawks needs extensive medical care to give him a chance at a comfortable, happy life. His surgeries will include a partial tail amputation, leg amputation, and surgical repair of his pelvis.
Despite everything he has endured, Hawks has been an absolute trooper. ❤️ He is incredibly friendly and wants nothing more than attention and affection from the people caring for him. It is heartbreaking to think about how much pain this little guy has been in, yet he continues to show everyone just how much love he has to give.
Now Hawks needs us to be his advocates. His medical care is going to be extensive and expensive, but he deserves the chance to heal and finally know what it feels like to be safe, pain-free, and loved.
