Ava is 14 and wanted a job. But the problem is she is only here in Thief River Falls during the week for the summer… So, what’s a girl to do? Make her own job! Ava loves to bake and is really good at it. Everything is from scratch and she uses as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. For example she buys her flour and sugar from Natural Way Mills and eggs from Humbleberry Farms.
She will be out here every Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer.
