We’re back after what felt like a deeply needed pause this summer —a time to truly understand what stands for, and how we want to shape this community’s experience. During this time, we spent amazing hours with Asian makers, diving into their creative processes or , understanding the intricacies and cost structures of their craft, and appreciating the stories behind every piece they create.
Much like my favorite shirt that I’ve worn for days on end to truly feel its essence, we think Bun & Pillow is a reflection/advocacy of a thoughtful process—a space where each item is selected with care, not to fill a gap, but to complement a life already well-lived in a meaningful way.
