Jomeh Bazar is back on Friday, September 4! Come spend your Friday with us, shop local, support small businesses, and enjoy an evening in community.

We’ll be sharing our art and food vendor lineup soon, so stay tuned and save the date! ✨ In the meantime, make sure you’re brushing up on your backgammon skills, because the tables will be out once again!

We truly did everything we could to keep tonight’s Jomeh Bazar on. However, due to the extreme heat and our inability to put all of the safety measures we hoped for in place, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s market.

The health and safety of our vendors, attendees, and community come first. Thank you for your understanding, and we’ll see you at the next Jomeh Bazar on Friday, August 7!

🌈 Final call for Pride shirts this year! ❤️‍🔥

Bring a shirt to tomorrow’s Jomeh Bazar, 5-9pm at Brookland Arts Walk and it will be screen printed with our “Resistance is Life” design from this year’s Pride parade onto it.

Here’s how it works:
👚 Bring a clean shirt to Jomeh Bazar and drop it off at our studio.
🌈 The shirt will be printed after the event by our friend The Arcade.
🛍️ Pick it up starting next week during Kucheh’s regular shop hours, whenever is convenient for you.

This is the final opportunity to have this design printed in honor of this year’s Pride parade and the visibility of the Iranian community that marched together in celebration and resistance!

Sundays are peaceful on Brookland Arts Walk, especially during a beautiful summer rain like we had yesterday.

All our prints and clothing items are hand-pressed with original designs we create with care and intention. Each unique design by is hand carved onto a linoleum stamp which is then used to press each piece.
