What a turnout! 🚴‍♀️💛

We were so happy to host Tracey Jacobs at our Lexington shop this past weekend. A huge thank you to every rider who showed up; you packed the shop, filled the parking lot, and brought amazing energy to both rides.

Thank you to Tracey for sharing her race tactics and coaching tips, to Chante for leading Saturday's women's ride, and to for the sprint swag. We had a great time and cannot wait until the next one!

Next up: the Wicked Wachusett Haunt, our Gravel Ride Series finale, on Saturday, Oct 17 🎃

This weekend, our Lexington shop is hosting Tracey Jacobs (); masters racer, coach, national titleholder in gravel and road, and UCI Gravel World Champion.

🚴‍♀️ Saturday, 9am: Greater Boston Women's Drop Ride, led by Chante () with Tracey. Race simulations, a sprint for swag, and a Q&A after. Women only, drop ride, ~35 miles at 20 mph. 👉 Follow the route on Strava: https://strava.app.link/FzraEx48w1b

🚴 Sunday, 9am: Our Sunday Ride with Tracey. Open to all, no-drop, ~35 miles at 16-17 mph, with pointers on pack riding, braking, and cornering.

☀️ It might be the end of summer, but the best riding has just begun!

Shorter days don't mean fewer rides! We just got a fresh shipment of Wahoo KICKR Core indoor trainers in stock; Zwift-ready and perfect for keeping your fitness dialed in all season long.

Meet your Saturday ride leader: Barb! 🙌

Join her for the Old Town Roll every week: a 22-mile, no-drop ride at a solid B-pace (14-16 mph). It's the perfect middle ground: faster than a cruise, but nowhere near the intensity of a 20mph drop ride. Just a good burn and good company!

📍 Conte's Bike Shop, 1100 King St, Alexandria, VA
🕗 Saturdays, 8:30 – 10:10am
⏰ Wheels up at 8:30 SHARP
