“Fear is a confirmation of life. I’m afraid because I want to live fully, and to submit to fear is to submit to not living.”
Grief and loss taught me that life is fragile, but also that it’s too precious not to be lived boldly. I had to learn how to hold both joy and sorrow in the same hand, how to keep going even when the “almosts” and “what-ifs” felt too heavy to carry.
Thank you for a conversation that reminded me of the strength we find in vulnerability and the beauty in all the messy, imperfect parts of life.
Here’s to showing up, fear and all! ✨
