Last night wrapped up our chocolate making classes for the year. It's time to start making Halloween, Thanksgiving and even Christmas confections!😲

Of course we have plenty of chocolate as well. Need an icepack to get it home? Just ask us for one. Or 100. We have lots of them hanging around. Happy 4th of July. May you do just as you please; snooze in the hammock, enjoy the lake, or bbq in your backyard!

We are open today until 5pm, but will be closed this weekend.

Barb attended the Retail Confectioners International Candy Convention in downtown Indianapolis, IN the second week in June. One of the events that week was the Candy Clinic. Chocolatiers and confectioners share their ideas and/or products in many different categories. She entered our famous Margarita chocolate in the Best Innovation category, and won!
Now many can say that this white chocolate confection is not only their favorite, but is an award winning favorite!!

We had a guest confectioner in the shop yesterday! My youngest daughter Kristen likes to come and create confections as her busy schedule allows. This time she made 2 different tasty treats.
The first she calls June Bugs! I think we'll call them chocolate dipped dates stuffed with toasted pecan halves. You can call them what you want, but they are DE-licious,and in a very limited quantity....so come and get them while you can!
After dipping the bugs/dates she made a bark and tossed names around for it as well. Here's to your Health, We call this Healthy, Nutty Fruity Healthy Treat.....
Bags of our dark chocolate bark that is topped with dried Montmorency cherries, dried blueberries, coconut and salted and toasted almonds and pepitas are now ready for purchase.
