Labor Day Weekend loading....☀️ Add these chimichurri steak sliders to the menu 🥩

Ingredients
Sliders:
• 1 pack Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu filet ends, sliced thin
• 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
• 6 slices Provolone cheese
• Blues Hog Steak & Burger Seasoning, to taste
• Butter + oil for the flat top
• Blues Hog High Flying Chicken Seasoning, to taste
Chimichurri:
• 1 cup cilantro
• ½ shallot
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, to taste

Directions
1. Add the chimichurri ingredients to a blender or food processor until smooth, set aside.
2. Get your flat top grill nice and hot and add your oil.
3. Season the thin-sliced filet ends with your Steak & Burger seasoning and cook on the flat top until a nice sear is formed and steak is cooked to your liking. Add provolone slices and let melt.
4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half as one sheet. Place rolls on flat top and let toast until golden brown. Add butter to the tops of the rolls + lightly season with High Flyin' Chicken Seasoning.
5. Remove sliders and place on a cutting board.
6. Add steak to bottom buns and top with chimichurri. Add top buns, slice, and enjoy!
