This is the really fun part of retirement. I get to have some quality time with my grandsons and I have the blessing of being able to pass on some woodworking knowledge to them. Over the last week we have been learning how to make co****le boards and how to properly coat them with polyurethane with light sanding in between coats. We still have one more co****le board to go and we will be getting started on it as soon as the paint drys. Such a blessing to be here with them all.

Another small pivot for Papa’s Workshop. As I come closer to my retirement from “real” work, I have been experimenting with several different types of woodworking. Hello All !!! Long time no see. Yes, I have been away from the shop for a while, but I am going to be starting back up on a limited basis. Unlike the past, I will not be taking orders for items as this just became far too difficult to keep up with. Instead, I will be making a variety of items and when they are complete, I will be posting them for sale.

I am hoping to have my first items available for sale by the end of the weekend. I figured I would give my followers the first crack at these before I post them for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

I will have two "Tall" Punisher Sull Adirondak Chairs. They will be $300 each.

I very likely will not be making more of these before summer, so get them now if you want them.

Been a while since I had anything new, but I had a couple requests for some items that I had never built before. Here they are. Still need to be painted, but kinda cool in their current form. On a side note, the Sasquatch is HUGE!!!
