Made with our handcrafted chocolate and thoughtfully selected ingredients, it’s the perfect way to warm up on a crisp fall day.

Our Milk Chocolodgy is a smooth, creamy vegan chocolate made with just 4 organic ingredients, including almonds, cacao beans, cocoa butter, and coconut sugar. All the milk chocolate flavor, without the dairy. Handmade with love in New Jersey! 🤎

Every batch starts with the beans! 🍫 Winnowing cracks the roasted cocoa beans and separates the shells, leaving us with cacao nibs. These nibs are what we use to make our chocolate, and their smaller size helps the melanger grind them into a smooth chocolate.

This is one of the many steps behind our bean-to-bar process at AM Mishti Chocolates. 🤎

A quick market update from us 🤎

Unfortunately, both of our markets this weekend have been canceled due to the forecasted high winds and rain.

West Windsor Farmers Market is canceled tomorrow, Saturday, September 26, and Summit Farmers Market is also canceled on Sunday. We were especially looking forward to Sunday because it was going to be our first time at the Summit Farmers’ Market.

We’re disappointed we won’t get to see you this weekend, but safety comes first. We’ll keep you posted on our upcoming markets!

In the meantime, you can still shop Mishti chocolates online and support our small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate business from home.
