A night full of joy, connection, and pure magic. 💜

Thank you to Amanda and Mr. C's AAC & Autism Community for choosing Brass Mill Center to host One SENSE-ational Night. We were so honored to celebrate this special night with you, the volunteers and planning board, and all the families and students.

A heartfelt thank you to our special guests: Mrs. Connecticut American 2025 Jessica Ocasio, Congresswoman Jahana Hayes, Superintendent Dr. Darren Schwartz, Alderman Ian Blake, DJ Kinetic, and the queens and princesses of Rivera Memorial Foundation Inc.

And to the stores that went above and beyond to make these students feel celebrated and welcomed: JCPenney, Apple Cinemas Waterbury, C&C Unisex Hair Salon, and 90s Nails. Thank you for showing up for the community. 💜

From the little ones climbing into their first fire truck to the families making memories together, this was an unforgettable Saturday! 🚒 A huge thank you to Pastor Brandon and his incredible team and volunteers for bringing Touch-A-Truck to Brass Mill Center. None of this would have been possible without your vision, hard work, and heart for our community. Join us June 27 from 9:00AM–1:00PM in the Sears Automotive Parking Lot for a secure electronics recycling drive open to all Connecticut residents. ✨

In partnership with Take2 Secure Electronics Recycling, residents can responsibly dispose of unwanted electronics while helping keep our community clean and green. 🌎

🚫 Please note: Refrigerators, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers will not be accepted.

Hosted by The Litter Control and Beautification Commission of Waterbury.
