In 1976, Oakland County’s Waterford Township welcomed The Dixieland Flea Market to corner of Dixie Highway and Telegraph Road. Original vendors sold mostly antiques and specialty items and still do, however today with the changes in the economy many of the current vendors have adapted their merchandise to cater to the everyday family needs. d over 100 inside vendors occupying 75,000 square feet of selling space offering nearly everything a person might wish to collect, sell, buy or trade. Vendors carry everything from new and vintage clothing and accessories, candles, perfumes, games, books, CD’s and almost anything else you might need. In addition you will find several eateries, jewelry, and computer and watch repair, graphic design and air brush art, a hair salon and barber shop and even a Chiropractor. For those who might have selling in mind Dixieland Flea Market offers several options. For those of you who are interested in renting an inside area, space size varies from 10 x 10 to 20 x 40 foot spaces. Space rental cost varies by size and location, please contact us during business hours to tour available locations and receive additional rental information. Additionally, Dixieland Flea Market offers 120 outside vendor spaces open year round. Spaces are 20 X 18 feet and can be rented for $20 to $40 per day per space. Management assigns space on a first come basis; those interested in setting up for a weekend can receive their space rental assignment after noon on Fridays or if interested in Saturday or Sunday only can receive space assignment at 7:30AM on either day. Rental fee is expected at time of space assignments.
