Are you passionate about fi****ms, knives, and tactical gear? Do you enjoy helping customers find the perfect product while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? Wicked Trigger Fi****ms and Knifehub.com are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team!

Location:
5217 Dixie Hwy, Waterford, Mi 48329

Schedule:
Full-time / Part-time | Weekends may be required

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in-store and online with firearm, knife, and gear purchases

Educate customers on products, features, and usage

Process sales accurately and efficiently using POS systems

Stock and organize merchandise and displays

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally

Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant sales floor environment

What We’re Looking For:
Sales or retail experience (fi****ms/knives/outdoor industry a plus)

Knowledge of or interest in fi****ms, knives, and tactical gear

Strong communication and people skills

Responsible, dependable, and self-driven

Must be 18+ and able to pass background check (21+ for fi****ms sales, if applicable)

Comfortable with technology (POS, online orders, product lookups)

Bonus Points For:
Fi****ms sales experience / FFL familiarity

Knowledge of brands like Microtech, Benchmade, G***k, Sig Sauer, etc.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, etc.) including social media experience.
