These are my new obsession!! Whenever I have a little bit of bagel dough left over, I WILL be making these mini cinnamon sugar crunch bagels! They are soft and fluffy on the inside and sweet and crunchy on the outside. Better than donuts!
It makes me so sad that I can’t add them to my menu. They do not store well. But luckily, no storage needed here. They will be gone before they even cool off!😂🥰😂🥰

Trying out another flavor combo! Cinnamon sugar crusted bagels! These bagels are boiled as usual and then instead of getting an egg wash before baking, they get a thorough slathering of melted butter before being dunked on both sides in a mixture of brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.
I’m not sure these will make it to the menu though, as they don’t store well at all. I’ve done a similar topped bagel and they didn’t do so well past the bake day.
Today, they will be given out as a gift to all who ordered!🥰

Have you ever figured something so simple out so late in the game you question your whole life??? That has been my bagel shaping conundrum…
It is quite the process but I think the simplest method is the best. These are the most uniform bagels I’ve ever made!
