🌿 There are still a few spots available for this Saturday’s Forest Therapy Walk! 🌿

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a slower pace, I’d love to invite you to join us.

Together we’ll spend a gentle morning in the woods, moving slowly through a series of sensory invitations designed to help you reconnect with nature, quiet the mind, and restore the nervous system. We’ll close our time together with a cup of iced herbal tea and sharing.

👥 Small group experience

No hiking experience is needed. This is not a hike, but a slow-paced guided experience where there is time to notice, wander, and simply be present.

The website is finally back up and running — and it’s been completely simplified. ✨

I’ve spent the last few weeks cleaning things up and creating a more curated online shop focused on the things I personally make and pour here at Crow & Moon.

You’ll now find:
• hand-poured soy candles. •how to book a tarot reading
• loose leaf herbal teas
• a small collection of favorite offerings
• simple online ordering with local pickup or shipping

Many of my out-of-state customers have been waiting for this, and I’m so happy to finally have it live again. 💜🐦‍⬛🌙

Because everything is made in small batches, the website will stay intentionally curated.

And yes 🙌 if you have a favorite candle scent that isn’t listed, feel free to reach out. Many candles are poured to order and I’m always happy to create customer favorites when possible. 💜🕯️

Many of you have already tasted these blends during forest therapy walks, moon circles, and classes over the past year… and I’m so happy to finally share that my cottage kitchen license has officially been approved. 🌿✨

I’m excited to introduce the Moss & Moon herbal tea collection — small batch loose leaf blends handcrafted in my cottage kitchen with thoughtfully chosen herbs, flowers, and botanicals.

Each blend was created slowly and intentionally to support moments of rest, grounding, clarity, ritual, and connection.

From Quiet Morning and Morning Meadow to Relax & Restore and Evening Bloom, these teas are inspired by the same gentle rhythm that guides my forest therapy work — slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space to simply be.
