I received this email and in just the first line, it exemplifies for me what is wrong with so many interactions with businesses. Automated emails (last I checked most people don’t like to be addressed as Dummy Header1!), inability to actually talk to a REAL PERSON on the phone, spam calls from fake people, fake pictures/posts (rant over). So all I want to say is Spark and Ann Peden Jewelry is a small business and I love that. I plan each class individually, I love getting to know the adults and children who come to camps and parties and classes, I’m easy to reach, and I still make jewelry.
