Super excited to announce a new partnership with Apex Academy, out of D1 Training in Waukee, Iowa.

This has been live the past month, and prior to that in the works And built over the summer. TAH is now providing mental performance training to all of their fall football players who want it!

We’ve already seen real benefits for the athletes and families we’ve started working with. This is just the beginning… 📈

Huge thanks to Apex Academy for finalizing this partnership and trusting us to support their student athletes and families. It’s a model we’re looking to grow and expand as TAH moves into the future.

Right now, the focus is simple… train the student athletes, set the stage for success, and let the results speak for themselves.

Football is officially back. 🏈

Tomorrow, another season gets underway, and it’s always a good reminder of how fortunate we are to do what we do.

Throughout this offseason, we’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of athletes from across the Des Moines metro - different schools, different ages, different goals - all putting in the work to be ready for this moment.

We don’t take that opportunity lightly.

To every athlete who has walked through our doors, every parent who has trusted us with their son, and every coach and program that has allowed us to be a small part of what they’re building - thank you.

Our job has never been to replace what happens within your program. It’s to support it, develop the athlete, and help send them back to their team more prepared than when they came to us.

Now the offseason work is done. It’s time to go play.

Good luck to all of our athletes, coaches, families, and programs kicking off the 2026 season. We’ll be cheering you on all fall.
