My Grandpa Denzer was a strawberry farmer & even though he was retired long before I was born, strawberries were always a comforting symbol in our family. When I started making cookies, I ordered these cutters for no particular reason except I loved them.

When I got this order for 'Olivia's Berry First Birthday' I was over the moon excited. Sweet little Olivia's mom has photographed her in a white romper on the monthly anniversary of her birth for 12 months, so naturally I had to work in a white ruffly romper cookie too 🍓

Some weeks are harder than others & unfortunately I had more losses this week than wins.
These challenging times are a great opportunity to take inventory of the important things in life like health, friendship & personal growth.
This kid, this sport & this team are one of the reasons to smile & be thankful for all the experiences, easy & challenging. Happy Birthday, Bray!

Apparently making soccer ball cookies is a right of passage for most cookiers. They are challenging, time-consuming, and tedious.
Well, here's my first set & on brand they took so long to finish but the outcome was so worth it. Now, I need to sleep for days.
