Hours are: Sat. 9-5 and Sun. 9-4. We are in Building 2, Booth 2020 & 2021.

Good morning! We wanted to send out a quick message to everyone who still follows us… Buttermilk Creek and Colony Wood Working will have a booth at Art In The Park this year! Come check out all the furniture and home decor items you love, and visit with us!

This event runs from 9-5, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021 and from 9-4, Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021.

We are SO excited to be attending this event, and we hope to see many of our wonderful customers there! Please help us spread the word!

All of the handmade furniture that was in the shop, came from Colony Wood Working in Wausau. This local company is still producing awesome pieces and some of the shop favorites, like these candle stands! There are several of them for sale, in different colors, and he does do custom pieces. Only a week left until we close our doors and say goodbye to the downtown Wausau community. It’s definitely bittersweet, but we are looking forward to spending more time with family.❤️

All regular priced items are marked down 35%, including furniture.

Only a couple weekends left until we close! If you have been keeping your eye on something in the shop, now is the time to get it! Thank you to everyone who’s stopped in and wished us well in retirement. We appreciate each and every customer we’ve had in the past years!

After 26 years of business, we have sad news...Buttermilk Creek is closing, March 27th. We are so thankful for the time we’ve been open and all the wonderful customers we’ve had the opportunity to meet! We want to thank each one of you for your continued business and friendship over the years.

Enough with the sappy attitude, though! We are excited to have some free time to spend with family!

As far as business goes, we are marking all regular priced items down 25%, including furniture. We are also marking down our Fall and Christmas items by 40%. These sales do not include display pieces, which are separately marked.

Because we are closing, all sales are final.

It has truly been a pleasure, and we hope to have lots of visitors before our last day on, March 27th!
