Hi, I’m Milo from WACS, and I’ll be visiting The Nest next Saturday, June 27th, hoping to finally meet my forever family!

Come by on Saturday, June 27, and meet local author Sara Daye Bargaehr as she signs copies of her new book, Let’s Meet at the Dog Park.

Also joining us will be Barbara Ann from the Waushara County Animal Shelter, who will introduce Milo — a lovable pup searching for his forever home.

He’s cute, handsome, and sooooo sweet — you won’t want to miss meeting him!

Gotta love small town living in a community with open arms and big hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

Proceeds from the 2025 Wautoma Cookie Walk event have gone back into the community as part of a flower and planters project that will bring new life to downtown Wautoma.
The city provided funds to purchase initial planters, which have been filled with beautiful flowers and feature business names on the outside of each planter. Currently there are 16 planters, but there will be more to come.
Downtown Wautoma hopes this will create a more inviting atmosphere in the area.
