On March 5, former U.S. Senator Russ Feingold stopped at Graf’s Candy Shop in Wautoma on and posed for a photo with owner Dick Graf. Feingold, who was a Democratic U.S. Senator from 1993 to 2011, is running against current U.S. Senator Ron Johnson in the 2016 election. Feingold paid some surprise visits to Waupaca and Wautoma businesses throughout the day to greet business-owners and customers.
