We’ve been oh so patient for summer event season. And boy oh boy did we have a wonderful launch with and Art64!

Congrats to all the organizers, artists, and the amazing community that came to support such a unique event! We loved the atmosphere and vibes of the whole weekend! Plus, you helped us complete our interactive canvas “Faces of Tosa”. Such a creative and artistic community we have!!

This past Friday, we said a heartfelt and bittersweet “see you later” to one of our core chocolate makers of the last three years. Dani not only has been instrumental taking on all elements of the chocolate making process at Tabal but has solidified himself as a familiar face and good friend at our Tosa shop. Having now just graduated from MSOE and transitioning back home to Chicago, we had a quick sit down with Dani on his final day to conduct an impromptu exit interview where he was able to share some fond memories and wonderful pearls of wisdom!

Thank you Dani for helping us reach the milestones, both realized and unrealized. We have no doubt your next chapter will be met with much success, great appreciation for your hard work, and hopefully a little chocolate to see you through!
