🌼 Today was the first day of Bloom Forward 🌼

This morning I had the privilege of introducing Bloom Forward to the incredible teachers and staff of Waxahachie ISD during Convocation.

Bloom Forward is a simple way to brighten someone’s school year. Whether it’s a teacher, secretary, custodian, counselor, nurse, aide, cafeteria staff member, or administrator, you can send a little encouragement to the people who pour so much into our schools every day.

We’ll hand-deliver your Bloom Forward to their campus along with your encouragement.

Today wasn’t just about taking orders—it was about planting a seed. I loved sharing this new idea, meeting so many wonderful educators, and hearing stories about the people who make a difference behind the scenes.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, scanned the QR code, entered the raffle, took a bloom, or simply took a moment to learn about Bloom Forward. Your encouragement means the world to this small business.

Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July!
🇺🇸❤️

We spent part of our morning watching our son march in the parade playing trumpet with the high school band, and it was such a proud moment! They did fantastic!

A little behind-the-scenes of The Gathering Garden… every week, whatever bouquets don’t sell never go to waste. I either donate them, gift them to someone who could use a smile, or create a special arrangement with what I have left. This week’s leftovers turned into this patriotic beauty. ❤️🤍💙

One special note…my son is marching in the 4th of July Parade with the high school band this morning, so I’ll be stepping away for a little while to cheer him on. 🥹🎺

One thing I’m learning is that no two weekends are ever the same. 💐

Some weeks I can barely keep up with demand, and other weeks, especially during vacation season, things are a little quieter. This weekend ended up being one of those slower weekends between market and a pop-up event.

The bright side? A dozen bouquets that didn’t find their way home with customers were able to be shared with Waxahachie Police Department for officers and their families to enjoy. 💙

More than anything, it reminded me how thankful I am for my regular customers! Many of you stop by week after week, and your support means more than you probably realize. It literally keeps me going!

I’ve also tucked a few vintage bottle arrangements into today’s display at the market and donated a special arrangement to a local charity event. ❤️
