I spoke to a young man this afternoon who had a very heavy heart and was trying to hold it together, I don't know if it was work or family or what. I told him to give it to God, let the rest he can't deal with roll off, let it go. I hope I said the right words. If you know someone who is going though a hard time, support them, tell them you care about them and you are there for them. Hug your family and tell them you love them. If you are a praying person, please say a prayer for this young man.
