There’s been a lot of talk about the recent federal district court ruling out of San Angelo, Texas on the NFA.

Here’s the plain version.

A district court said the government did not meet the Bruen historical-tradition test for the NFA restriction involved in that case.

That matters.

But don’t read it wrong.

This is not a nationwide repeal of the NFA.
The ruling may be appealed.
The NFA process is not gone.

If you’re looking at suppressors or other NFA items, stay informed and know the process . With Trump administrations DOJ, you never know what they will fight. This could take 2 moths or 2 years to come to a final decision.

We’ll keep watching it. Follow for more updates and info.
