Sadly we will not be reopening. We haven’t been able to get the answers we need from PCI (Professional Code Inspections) as to what it will cost to get the proper approvals from them.
And it was difficult last year to get most vendors to come consistently and hang in there to make it grow. We had a handful of very faithful ones and we really appreciated them and loved getting to know them. But without a lot of vendors we won’t have buyers that will return and it will take a few years to grow and right now we just don’t have the time or money for PCI’s fees to do this. So sadly we will not be reopening.
Thank you if you were here last year to support it.

Well, the township planners really were on our side and tried to make outside flea work for us but the higher ups said we have to fill out more paperwork which will take a couple months to get this approved. Oh, they “like” the idea of a flea market here but of course we now have to jump through more hoops to get it officially approved for outside. So, for now we have to keep it inside. If everyone is willing to work with us on this until the end of the this season we should be approved by spring for outside for next year.
I’d like to encourage all the vendors to keep coming because I’ve heard from soooo many people that they love this and want to see it be a success! The more vendors we have and the more word gets out the more shoppers we’ll have! But we also need to know if all the vendors are going to stick because this could cost us a decent amount of money not to mention our time every weekend to make this work. Thx!!!
