Sneak peek of just some of what will be offered at Town Peddler Crafts & Antiques very soon - later this week. A vaca-sourcing trip up north did NOT disappoint. It’ll take me a bit to unwrap, clean, research, enter into the retail dbase, tag and deliver/integrate into the space. Happy fall, everyone!

This charming cottage-style bakery area is already set up with a beautiful glass bakery display case with glass shelving—perfect for showcasing cookies, brownies, breads, pastries, candies, and other packaged baked goods.

What’s Included:

✨ Private storage closet
✨ Access to back room space for a refrigerator (if needed)
✨ Great location for customer pickups
✨ Opportunity to build your own brand inside our marketplace
✨You pay No Utilities or other fees
✨ Space measurements approximately “9 ft by 13 ft”.

You Provide:
• Checkout counter
• Business signage
• Shopping bags/packaging
• Your own business hours within our operating schedule

Marketplace Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Closed Sundays & Major Holidays

💲 Rent: $550 per month with a one-year lease. Security Deposit waived if you pay the $550 upfront, if you need to hold the space you will need to pay $225 NON-REFUNDABLE

We would especially love to partner with a baker who is interested in offering coffee, hot chocolate, or other specialty beverages alongside their baked goods to create an even better experience for our customers.
