Bloom & Grace is looking for someone who truly loves the art of floral design and retail to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with floral design experience who enjoys working with fresh product, creating custom arrangements, and being part of meaningful moments in our customers’ lives.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Design and create fresh floral arrangements and retail sales daily
• Assist with custom orders, sympathy work, and events
• Work with fresh flowers, plants and maintain product quality
• Help create beautiful, inviting displays in the shop
• Provide friendly, confident customer service
✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has floral experience or retail experience
• Is creative, efficient, and comfortable designing independently
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Enjoys working where each day is different!
✨ Position options :
• Approximately 35-40 hours per week for full time 20-25 hrs for part time.
• Some Saturdays required
• Occasional evenings for events
