THE AISLES ARE CLEAR(ish) at Tennessee River Retail Store !

A little follow-up from yesterday: we managed to clear most of the aisles after all the great pickin’ Howard did last week! The beautiful vintage hutch is finally back together, new finds are making their way into displays, and we’ve even started adding just a tiny bit of holiday cheer.

We’re still focused on filling the store with those warm, amazing fall colors, amber glass, stoneware, vintage lamps and plenty of cozy pieces for the season!

Take a look through today’s pictures for:

🍂 THE PICKIN’ WAS GOOD THIS WEEK! 🍂

Last week, we started bringing all of our beautiful fall-colored glass to the front and creating a brand-new aisles and displays. Then the boss man went pickin’ all week, and now there are amazing finds everywhere! They’re filling the aisles, covering the front counter and even spilling into the back room. 😲

It’s going to take me a little while to get everything organized and displayed, but these finds were too good to keep to myself! We have gorgeous amber glass, vintage lamps, crocks and kitchenware, old lanterns and tools, a tin train, an Erector Set, antique hardware, furniture, display cabinets and so much more.

We even have a beautiful hutch that isn’t put together yet, so you may need to use a little old-school imagination with some of these pictures! Come dig through the new arrivals before I even have time to find them a permanent spot!

🍂 A little rearranging, a few fresh displays, and the first touches of fall are beginning to appear at Tennessee River Retail Store!

We’ve been busy creating new areas for you to explore, including displays filled with vintage oil lamps, colorful pottery and pitchers, antique glass bottles, beautiful glassware, furniture, and so much more. You’ll also spot a couple of fun cookie jars—including an adorable elephant that is sure to make you smile!

Even our front porch is getting that nostalgic country-store feel, complete with our sign, an a Vintage Farmall tractor, and a vintage-style push mower.
Also, 2 great fire pits for those upcoming Fall nights under the stars.

Come take a walk down memory lane and see what catches your eye. With the displays changing and fall colors slowly making their way into the store, there is always something different to discover!

Remember that empty spot we showed you last week? Take a look at what has arrived!

This magnificent **early-1900s antique pecan buffet with hutch top** is now at Tennessee River Retail Store. Some may call it a hutch, sideboard, buffet, or china cabinet, but whatever name you give it, this is one incredible statement piece!

From its beautifully carved fruit details and decorative hardware to the marble top, beveled mirrors, and generous storage, it is truly a piece from another time, and one you need to see in person to fully appreciate.

Howard has been busy hunting down more great vintage and antique finds this week, too! New arrivals include:

*A pie safe with punched-tin panels
*A curved-glass curio cabinet
* A large wooden dough bowl
* Set of Rocking chairs for thr front porch.
* Several accent, console, and occasional tables

There’s always something different to discover at Tennessee River Retail Store!

Today we’re highlighting some beautiful cabinets that are perfect for storing and displaying treasured quilts (or any other great items in your home). We also have two saddles out on the front porch with plenty of life left in them!

Sports collectors will want to check out our newest additions, including a football signed by both Pro Football Hall of Famers Drew Brees and LaDainian Tomlinson. We also have vintage Wayne County High School athletic letters dating back to the early 1950's a wonderful piece of local history!

You’ll also find:

A little reorganizing can make a big difference! With help from a wonderful friend, we refreshed our back corner to highlight some of our amazing quilts and a beautiful rustic wardrobe with a matching headboard!

That change also gave us room to create even more fun displays throughout the store. Today’s featured finds include:

*A rustic wardrobe and matching headboard
