PISTOL BRACE RULE IS SQUASHED
The ATF can appeal it, but it will go to same Courts that overturned it. For those that registered your pistols as an SBR during the “grace period”, well unfortunately your stuck. When a firearm is registered as an NFA item, there is no going back.

The ATF can’t arrest anyone for owning a pistol-brace-equipped gun.

H.R. 7910, “Protecting our kids Act” has passed the house, hopefully it will not pass the Senate, call your State Senator and tell them to vote “NO”. BTW: 5 Republican RINO’s voted for it in the House. A. Gonzalez (OH), F. Upton (MI), B. Fitzpatrick (PA), A. Kinzinger (IL) and C. Jacobs (NY). Below is the details of what is in the Bill:
Sec. 101- No sales of Semiauto or Centerfire rifles to anyone under 21.
Sec. 201- Cannot Gift Fi****ms to anyone but immediate Family.
Sec. 301- Bans homemade & Un-serialized fi****ms and even the “assembly of a functional firearm”, including ones already possessed.
Sec. 302- Bans Non-Metal “major firearm parts”.
Sec. 401- Bans storage of fi****ms where minors can access them OR in a house with a prohibited person.
Sec. 402- Labels on Firearm packages.
Sec. 501- Adds Bump-stocks to the NFA
Sec. 601- 10 Round limit on magazines, including rimfire (22 LR/ 17HMR)
So, to recap, YOU now are responsible to know if someone is prohibited from owning a firearm if they are in your house (401). Get those background checks done before the 4th of July Party. If you have your MSR (AR/M4) broke down for cleaning get it back together (301), If you have a composite receiver on your MSR it’s gotta go (302) along with the Bump-Stock (501). And of course, you can vote, join the military, and be held libel as an adult in legal and criminal matters, however the only rifle you can buy is a rimfire.
