A big THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by our Volunteer Open House last week!

We loved meeting new faces, sharing a little more about what happens behind the scenes at Within Reach, and talking with people who are interested in becoming part of our volunteer team.

We already have an incredible group of volunteers who give their time and talents to help keep the store running and support REACH’s mission. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you—and excited to welcome more people into the Within Reach community.

Volunteer Open House this Thursday August 27!

We’re welcoming new volunteers and inviting you to come meet the people who make the store happen, tour the space, and learn how your time can support REACH’s work with survivors of abuse, assault and violence in our community.

Whether you’re interested in working with customers, organizing merchandise, helping with donations, or supporting our social media, there are lots of ways to contribute.

WE ARE HIRING! We are looking for two energetic people to join our team!

About Within Reach Resale Store:

Our resale store is critical to our organization's mission, as it helps fund essential services for survivors of violence, including court advocacy, emergency shelter, and violence prevention education.

The Within Reach Vibe:

We’re looking for a team who genuinely loves people and brings warm, positive energy into a room. Employees who can chat with customers, connect with volunteers, laugh with coworkers, and help create a store that feels welcoming, fun, and full of life.

We care just as much about attitude, kindness, and work ethic as we do about experience. If you’re friendly, adaptable, community-minded, and enjoy working with people, you’ll probably fit right in.

We are currently hiring for 2 roles:
-An Assistant Store Manager, who ideally has had experience in non-profit retail, who can help us continue to grow, and is interested in growing in their position with us.
-A Cashier, who has strong customer service skills and is looking for a flexible, part-time position.
