***Downtown Waynesville Road Closure***
The Waynesville Police Department wants to inform everyone that Historic 66, Downtown Waynesville, will be closed between N. Lynn St. and Benton St. Traffic is able to bypass this area by utilizing North St. and Fort St. North Street is accessible using Benton St and N. Highway 17. Fort St. is accessible by utilizing Benton St. and S. Lynn St. This closure is to support this weekend’s Hogs and Frogs events. There is a map attached of the alternate routes. We hope this helps to keep the traffic moving smoothly over the weekend.
The closure will be from:
Saturday, September 27, starting at approximately 6am until
Sunday, September 28, ending at approximately 2pm.
