This is the part no one tells you about healer training. 🌿
It's not just about learning techniques. It's about doing your own work. Sitting with your own grief. Confronting your own defenses. Feeling things you've spent years avoiding.
Barbara called it "training." We call it the most honest education you'll ever receive.
The BBSH 4-year program is designed around this truth - that the healer's greatest instrument is themselves. You cannot take someone deeper than you are willing to go.
If you've been through pain and wondered if it had a purpose - maybe it was preparing you for this. 🙏
đź’¬ What has your own suffering taught you about holding space for others?
