Outdoor decor, tools, hardware, appliances, furniture, and more! Parking is limited! Please be courteous and patient. No early birds. Cash only. Please bring your own packing materials. Look for the signs!!!

We will be offering a variety of everyday use to stunning collectible pieces. These pieces have been a great restoration project and now they are ready for use. Sullivan's Estate and Auction will be having a sale at 22 Court Street during the Downtown Weaverville Art Walk this Saturday August 3rd from 5pm -8pm. We will be selling some beautiful vintage 70's one-of-kind local art work of our iconic landmarks kept in great condition. Well known local artists such as Amundsen, Nichols, Morris, and more.
