🧄❤️ Everyone, meet Gary! ❤️🧄

A few weeks ago, we asked for your help naming our little garlic guy—and by popular vote, Gary it is!
Well… Gary has been busy. 😂 We’ve replicated him a few (okay, quite a few) times so he’ll have plenty of buddies ready for the Webster Garlic Fest this weekend!
As always, we love having a little something special for our youngest visitors. Stop by the Simmons Custom Creations booth, say hello, and the kiddos can take home their very own Gary! 🧄😎

FIVE 🖐️ more days!! I arrived home from FL about an hour ago and am already heading down to get started on some new projects. It's an amazing event and supports some truly wonderful groups. Hope to see you there!

The sweet aroma of garlic is heading towards the Town of Webster, NY. The 2026 Webster Garlic Fest, September 12-13, Webster Parks and Recreation, Webster NY has over 170 garlic growers, craft and food vendors, food trucks, and a Stinkin' Good Time!

🧄 7 DAYS UNTIL Webster Garlic Fest! 🧄

Things are getting REAL around here, friends! Just ONE WEEK to go and the SCC crew is in full-on “how are we going to get all this done?” mode. 😂

While I’m still enjoying a few days in Florida with my parents, the lasers never really stop working… and apparently, neither does the brainstorming!

My Dad has a laser too, so this week we’ve been “talking turkey” (and sharing ideas, comparing projects, and probably giving each other a few “you should try this!” suggestions 😉).

And one of the projects I’m absolutely rushing home to work on is this marble run! 🌿🪵

I wish you could hear it the way I do in person. As the marble makes its way down the wooden “leaves,” it creates the most beautiful little musical sound. It’s one of those projects that is just as fun to listen to as it is to watch!

So while Brian is holding down the fort, I’m soaking up a little family time… and mentally counting down the hours until I can get back to Dexter and start making some magic. 😆

🧄 8 DAYS. EIGHT. DAYS. 🧄

The Webster Garlic Fest countdown is officially ON! 🎉

And while Laura is still enjoying a few more days in Florida with her parents ☀️🌴, the SCC workshop is apparently expected to continue without her. 😂

Poor Brian. 😉 He’s been left holding down the fort — putting projects together, building some NEW cutting boards, and keeping Dexter busy!

Meanwhile, Laura is working hard from Florida too… adding hardware to a brand-new batch of earrings. Because nothing says "vacation" like sitting around attaching 47 tiny pieces of jewelry hardware. 😂🔨✨

The good news? The SCC team is getting LOTS of goodies ready for Garlic Fest! 🧄 We’ve got new creations, new earrings, new cutting boards and plenty of your SCC favorites in the works.

So mark your calendars, grab your garlic-loving friends and get ready!

Ahhh - machine maintenance. 🧽🧼 From cleaning out the catch tray to vacuuming the vents. Wiping down the mirrors and finally making sure your focus is in that sweet spot 🪞
But you cannot beat that feeling when your routine tasks are done and you can get started on a new project!
