U.S. Customs and Border Protection

The DJI Customs Hold has become a significant issue for us at Vertigo Drones and other U.S. drone resellers. This hold, ongoing since October, is creating widespread frustration among our customers, as we’re unable to provide clear answers on the resolution timeline.

We urge federal agencies to address this matter promptly. The lack of clarity and delays are not just hurting businesses but also impacting critical industries that rely on drones for operations.
