This week's train of the week features two Inspection Vehicles by Lionel and license through Chrysler Corporation it features a couple of 1998 Dodge Ram Trucks with electronic reverse,Cam motor and lights front and rear. The white truck is New Jersey and the Brown is Pennsylvania Railroad.

This week's train of the week features a 1946/47 Lionel Road number 221 Locomotive 2-6-4 some 80 years old ran pretty well in forward and reverse so we added some Baltimore and Ohio Lionel passenger and Baggage and Mail cars from the 1975/76 Lionel Catalog. The Baltimore and Ohio was purchased by Chesapeake and Ohio in1962/63 and eventually both lines were absorbed by CSX in 1987.The next two weekends we invite you to join us for the Autumn Fall Country Tour Frriday and Saturday 10-5 PM presented by the Country Tour Group feel free to check out the website and visit all 12 stores participating!

This week's train of the week features a New Jersey Central NW2 Switcher Engine number 611 Post War produced by Lionel in 1957-58 and came to our store in a collection last week. The 69 year old unit we put to the test by adding some Rolling Stock from another families collection. Take note of the coupler on the front of the Switcher to be able to run additional Rolling stock to the front of the engine besides the existing Rolling Stock behind Although no bells or whistles it goes forward and reverse and was in excellent condition for it's age!

This week's train of the week features our MTH Santa Fe F3 War Bonet Number 24 and 3 car original set of a Baggage, Vista Dome and Observation car. The engine features Proto sound 2.0 with a powerful Horn and Bell.

A closer look at this week's train of the week features The Maintenance cars that keep our tracks running. The MTH Gandy dancer and the Post war repop from 2003 Lionel Number 50 Gang car and also The Original 50 Gang car from 1954 with Original Box and Instructions

This week's train of the week features a couple of Maintenance Vehicles that were very much a part of keeping the Railroad up and running and maintaining the tracks for the Railroad lines. The MTH Gandy dancer was a maintenance vehicle powered by two worker's in a team like Manner and used by the Pennsylvania Railroad. Our second unit is a Lionel number 50 Gang Car produced from (54-64) The Gang car in our video was a Post war repop from 2003. When we do a closer look of our vehicles later in the week we will be showing a photo of a 1950's Gang car with original box and instructions which the shop has owned for many years
