✨ A LITTLE PIECE OF LOCAL GLASSMAKING HISTORY ✨
We’re down to just these TWO pieces of Steuben glass from the larger collection we had here at Stories Past & Present — and if you appreciate beautiful craftsmanship or are looking for a statement gift , these are worth a closer look.
Steuben Glass has long been sought after by collectors for its exceptional clarity, weight, craftsmanship, and sculptural designs. Founded in Corning, New York, in 1903, Steuben became known for producing some of America’s finest art glass. Their crystal is remarkably clear and brilliant, allowing light to move through the glass in a way that makes even the simplest form feel extraordinary.
What really sets Steuben apart is the hand craftsmanship. These aren’t simply functional pieces of glassware—they were designed as works of art. The substantial feel, precision of the forms, beautifully worked details, and timeless designs are a big part of what makes authentic Steuben so desirable to collectors.
And perhaps the best part? Steuben was made in America. 🇺🇸
We’re fortunate to have these final two pieces here at Stories, and once they find their new homes, our Steuben collection will be gone.
Two pieces. One beautiful piece of American glassmaking history.
Stop in and take a look while they’re still here. 🤍
