Reminder — as a cannabis microbusiness, we do it all. 🌱

At Rocky River Remedies we cultivate, process, distribute, and retail our products ourselves. Cultivation season is HOT and heavy right now and we are in a full push to get all of our beds ready for the season ahead.

People see the finished flower in jars, but what they don’t always see is the amount of physical labor, planning, problem solving, long hours, and teamwork it takes to get there. Cultivation is not easy work — it’s early mornings, late nights, dirty hands, weather challenges, missed deadlines, and constantly adapting.

Huge shoutout to Ethan, Donny, Alfie, Randy, Dave, and Jory for the MANY hours they’ve put in getting these plants where they need to be. Seriously, these guys work HARD and we are incredibly thankful for them. This week has been a major push and they continue showing up day in and day out giving it everything they’ve got.

We know a lot of our recent social posts have been team and farm shoutouts, and we haven’t shown the retail side much lately — but trust us, the shelves are STOCKED. We’ve got the vapes, chocolates, tinctures, Protabs, pre-rolls, flower… all the things. We’ll start posting more of our current favorites because there are some seriously solid small-batch products in the store right now.

One product we’ve really been loving lately our Guava Z live rosin vapes. 🔥 High-quality, smooth, flavorful, anytime-of-day kind of pen. These were a collaboration with friends in the Adirondack region and we’re really grateful to have products like this in our store.

At the end of the day, cultivation is the heart of a micro-business, so keeping these plants healthy, thriving, and on track means everything to our farm.

And honestly? Every season comes with hurdles. This year has had plenty already. But we’re here every single day continuing to push forward. 🌱🖤

🌿 Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Rocky River Remedies 🌿

First off… we want to thank all of the mothers out there. We love you. We see you. We honor the hard work and dedication you put in day in and day out for your families.

Being a mama is not easy.

Mothers are often the heavy lifters trying to keep everyone afloat, cared for, comforted, and surviving through all seasons of life. The strength, sacrifice, and love that goes into motherhood deserves to be celebrated every single day.

We have so many amazing moms in our tribe here at Rocky River Remedies, and we are honored to provide safe products that help ease the stress of daily life, give you a little pep in your step, or help you find the wellness you’ve been searching for. 💚

On another note… Mother’s Day has felt especially meaningful to us as cannabis cultivators.

In cultivation, mothers are truly the heart of the grow.

We select our mother plants by identifying their strengths, beauty, resilience, and overall health. From those mothers, we take clones that become the future of our crops. Without strong mothers at the center of cultivation, we wouldn’t be able to produce the healthy volume of plants needed to grow.

All week long our team has been admiring our mothers in the grow — big, beautiful, bushy, healthy, and thriving under the spring energy. 🌱

This season in cultivation is intense. Farming means long days and high volumes of labor packed into a short window of the right growing conditions. But even in the stress and exhaustion, it’s important to stop and count our blessings.

This week reminded us to give gratitude and positive energy back to the mothers — whether they are plants or people.

Take care of your mother.
Learn from season to season.
Stay humble.
And always remember to come back to the center of what created the person… or the plant. 💚
