Can we normalize giving small businesses time to respond?

Just because you sent a message…

Doesn’t mean I’m ignoring you.

Sometimes I’m designing.

Sometimes I’m printing orders.

Sometimes I’m making deliveries.

Sometimes I’m hunting down shirts for a last minute rush order.

Sometimes I’m pressing shirts.

Sometimes I’m packaging orders.

Sometimes I’m being a wife and homemaker.

Sometimes… I’m simply sleeping.

Here’s what many people don’t realize…

When you message a small business, you’re usually messaging one person.

The owner.

The designer.

The customer service representative.

The production team.

The shipping department.

The social media manager.

The accountant.

The marketing team.

It’s all the same person.

I promise, I haven’t forgotten about you.

I’m just balancing a business, a life, and everything in between.
