Larry Ensley started Full Circle in 1980 in the Wenatchee Valley. In 1983, Dan Crial began loitering around the business and eventually picked up a wrench and made himself useful as a mechanic in 1986. Today, they are a partnership still running strong downtown Wenatchee as a part of the growing cycling community in the area.
