El Rey de NL is the 4th generation of a family that began making Carne Seca de Res in 1961, in Congregación Calles “El Blanquillo,” Montemorelos, Nuevo León, Mexico.

His father taught him this craft when he was just 8 years old, and today, with 28 years of experience, he continues to proudly carry on the legacy of his ancestors.

But what makes his story even more special is what motivates him every single day: continuing his family's legacy here in the United States and offering the highest-quality product possible—one he can confidently give to his own daughters. 🫶

He's not just working to grow a business… he's working to honor his roots, keep his family's history alive, and prove that dreams can cross borders.

✨ His dream is to reach every corner of the United States and, one day, other countries around the world, always carrying the name of his beautiful hometown and the pride of his roots.
