Day 20 and the eggs go from the incubator to the hatcher. 2 days later we start to hear little peeps and for the next day and a half it was like popcorn popping. I’ll have to say this is some really neat stuff.

Eggs have been in the incubator for 20 days. It’s getting close to getting real. We’ve got the brood rooms ready and the feed ground fine for the little guys.

Start off slow and small we said. Nothing like having 2200 quail eggs to incubate and hatch to get you going on things that need to be finished on the quail pen. Figured I was going to spend pretty much the same and do the same amount of work if I had 200 birds or 2000 birds. Let’s give it a go.

Due to insanely high tss shot prices and the price steadily going up I will not be mass loading shells for the up coming turkey season. I am planning to load some for a few folks that have hit me up and pre paid for shells.
So if you want to place an order contact me by pm or text. I’ll make a tss order a few times before season starts. If you want shells please let me know as soon as you can and I can give you a quote.

As of today 1/8/26 prices are:
20ga $80/box of 5
12ga $90/box of 5
410 $50/box of 5

They will probably go up as it gets closer to season. Just for reference my cost on components is up 130%

I’ve always made enough on my shells
To cover the cost of the components for the next order. If i could break even at the end of season i was happy. This year I will be just doing custom orders to try to keep cost as low as I can.
