That giant bunch of Italian Ruscus? I definitely don't use it like that.

Come process a bunch with me for a bridal bouquet.

I'm cutting it down, cleaning it up, and turning those huge stems into the smaller more delicate pieces I actually want in a bouquet.

And yes, I save every piece in a bucket for boutonnieres, corsages and bus vases.

The Westminster Abbey rose by Rosaprima Roses a new to me rose. I absolutely loved designing with this almost lavender, almost beige, almost ch*****ne neutral rose. The petal configuration was dreamy. Perfect for weddings and events.

Sometimes the simplest bouquets are the ones I overthink the most.

One flower. One variety. No fillers, minimal or no greenery… and somehow there’s still a decision to make.

Apparently I had a lot to say while making this bouquet... And absolutely none of it was recorded. So ignore my lips and make a bridal bouquet with me ---in super speed.

I started with a base of hydrangea. Then added dahlias, pink xpression roses, snapdragons, celosia and a few little finishing touches.

But I need to know--- which flower are you stealing from this bouquet??? I'm taking the dahlias.

How we keep our cooler organized when we have multiple events and daily orders???

A strict inventory system and ORGANIZATION. The key for us is having each event have their own buckets. We label them to stay organized. It makes pulling recipes so much easier when we go to design. It keeps weddings organized.
