Who would be interested in fresh, Bavarian style pretzels, that also happen to be gluten free? Thank you to Mae We Grow Farms for the gluten free sour dough starter! These are so nice and chewy! I hadn’t had a hot pretzel in over 15 years and I’m so happy to make these and have them at market it folks are interested. Let me know in the comments below!

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to harvest enough to share at the market-so go out and find your wild violets! First harvest of the season and a bunch of herbs got a cut back today. See you all June 6th at the West Branch Farmer's Market
