Explore the traditions of harvesting, drying , and preserving herbs and where to purchase good quality (already dried) herbs if homesteading is not for you. We will be hands on using folk m**hod of skills connected to herbal living and self-sufficiency. Participants will explore hands-on preservation m**hods and create a seasonal herbal preparation to take home. $25 Participants must be signed up pay at the library by the Friday prior to class in order to participate. (Cash or Check Only Please).
