West Hartford Center is changing the way we do business!
Things are changing day-to-day throughout Connecticut, but presently many of West Hartford Center’s small businesses are still open. We are all taking every precaution and following all CDC recommendations in order to keep our clients and our staffs safe.
Creativity is trending as our small businesses find new ways to transact business and provide the great service that is the hallmark of West Hartford Center. Some shops are open for reduced hours offering curbside pickup and private shopping appointments. Other businesses are closed temporarily but their websites are up, and you can call to arrange virtual shopping at your convenience.
“With all this amazing technology it is so easy to help clients,” says Kimberly Moster of Kimberly Boutique. “We are using email, instagram, texting, and facetime to communicate.”
B.Kind Wellness Boutique and Eric Bergenn from New England Financial Group are continuing to host their events via Zoom virtual meetings. Most restaurants are doing takeout and curbside pickup as well as delivery where possible.
“We are all patiently waiting for the coronavirus to exit our community, planning the return to a normal business environment and ready to greet our clients with fresh products and exceptional service,” says Barbara Karsky, co-owner of BK&CO.

Bridgewater Chocolate is remaining open because times like these call for Chocolate Therapy! We are no longer offering samples, per the Mayor’s orders. We have reduced our hours Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm and Sundays 12-4.
