Shanghai me conquistou até pelo sorvete…
Além de lindo, é simplesmente delicioso…
Provei o de morango e gostei tanto que tive que comprar o segundo, de baunilha…
E o de baunilha? Parecia leite condensado…
Se alguém souber o nome desse sorvete, me conta porque eu já estou com saudade…

Shanghai even won me over with its ice cream…
Besides being beautiful, it’s absolutely delicious...
I tried the strawberry one and loved it so much that I had to get a second one, vanilla…
And the vanilla? It tasted like condensed milk…
If anyone knows the name of this ice cream, tell me because I already miss it…

Em Guangzhou, na China…
Eu atravesso oceanos, enfrento diferenças culturais, situações completamente fora da minha realidade e até esses perrengues que ninguém vê…
Tudo para aperfeiçoar minhas técnicas e aumentar cada vez mais o meu conhecimento…
Foram três dias intensos de curso na China…
Porque quando eu quero aprender, não existe distância, país ou banheiro que me faça desistir…
O glamour vocês veem, agora os bastidores são esses…

Nem sempre é fácil entender ou esperar, mas basta segurar firme em Sua mão e nunca soltar…
Quando confiamos, aquilo que parecia impossível começa a se realizar…
Deus tem um propósito para tudo em nossa vida…
A nós, cabe confiar, permanecer firmes e agradecer por cada etapa do caminho…
