We wanted to inform you that we are temporarily pausing the use of our Feng Cha app and Snackpass rewards as we undergo a system migration. This transition is expected to be completed around March 18th (tentatively).

✨ Rest assured, all your reward points are safe! Your points will not be lost – they are simply on hold during this migration period.

In the meantime, we invite you to sign up for Toast Loyalty Rewards to continue earning during your visits. Once the migration is finalized, we will seamlessly combine your Feng Cha app, Snackpass rewards, and Toast Loyalty points.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We will notify you as soon as the migration is complete!
