RULES F
OR THE LAKES:
1. No cursing or slander. Respect others person and property
2. No intoxicants or intoxicated persons allowed on property.
3. Cast straight ahead and half way across.
4. No artificial bait, stainless steel hooks, stainless leaders or treble hooks. No bait poles, bait traps or cast nets.
5. No snagging. Foul hooked fish will not count toward tag, slots or during tournaments.
6. If participating in big fish of week, tag fish or during a tournament- fish must stay in net with hook intact until baithouse member gets to you. Not complying to this rule will disqualify the fish and possibly the fisher.
7. You must come to bait house and pay in before picking your spot to fish. No reservations will be honored.
**Kids 11 & Under fish for free with paying adult. If fishing in Lake Two- fish caught by minor will go towards limit. Kids must be accompanied by adult at all times. If fishing in Lake One kids are only allowed one pole.

-Bishops Paylake is not responsible for any accidents or thefts/damages to person or property.
-If you are caught in violation of the above rules , you may be asked to leave. Refunds of any kind will not be issued.Depending on the offense and severity you may not be permitted back on property. If you are caught in violation of the above rules you will be automatically disqualified from tags, jars, money, and/or tournaments. Any violations or issues can be reported to the baithouse directly or by calling the phone numbers below.
